November 17th Ranch Sorting event! Our sorting pens have brand new sand in them and are ready to roll! Full lighted practice/warmup arena in addition to the sorting pens. Both sortings $20 a man. Open class 3 round progressive with a 60 second clock. Belt buckle to high money winner of the class. Novice class 3 round NON-progressive (your money guarantees you 3 runs even if you DQ) with a 90 second clock. Headstalls to the high money and reserve high money winners of the novice class. No cap on entries for either sorting. Tie-breakers for both classes will be decided with a run-off with partner of choice (in the event that a run-off cannot be made, tie-breaker will be decided with highest number of cows sorted). We will offer an OPTIONAL draw in both classes for anyone who would rather draw a partner (can draw as many times as you would like).

March 17, April 28th, May 26th, June 23rd, July 21st, August 25th, Sept 22nd, & Oct 27th!

POINTS through 9-22-12

First Rain Date will be the Sunday following the Roping. 2nd Raindate will most likely be the following weekend unless otherwise stated. Please call 678-492-0440 if there is any question, or check the website for updates!

Each Month: Open Jackpot & Buckle Round Robin
Open Jackpot: $20 per man. 3 head progressive. 60% payback.Capped at 5 Runs Per Person.
Round Robin: $125 per man, 1 head, capped at #5.

SERIES Information:
SADDLES to Champion Header AND Heeler for the series in the Round Robin.
Awards (Headstalls, collars, rope bags, etc) through 5th place on BOTH sides for Round Robin!
Special Award for winner with the most points in the JACKPOT for the Series!
Ropers must attend at least 5 of the 8 ropings to be qualified for year end awards.
$5 Awards Fee (In lieu of membership fee) due at each roping.

Special AWARDS will be given to EVERYONE who attends all 8 ropings!

Points to be earned in Round Robin:

1st Place	6 Points
2nd Place	5 Points
3rd Place	4 Points
4th Place	3 Points
5th Place	2 Points
Participant	1 Point

Points in Jackpot will be earned and tracked by roper, with first place getting 10 points and going down to 1 point. All ropers who catch three cows will place before those that catch 2. Must catch at least 1 steer to be included in the points for the jackpot.

In the event of a tie at the year end, first tiebreaker will be given to the roper who attended the MOST ropings. Second tiebreaker will be the roper with the fastest combined time from all 8 ropings (times will be saved throughout the year).
